* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Betty Vogan
Betty J. Vogan, 83, 406 S. Wayne St., St. Marys, died at 1:35 a.m. Sept. 28, 2008, in the emergency department of Joint Township District Memorial Hospital, St. Marys.
She was born Nov. 11, 1924, in St. Marys, to Robert and Elsie Luedeke Arnold. On July 17, 1962, she married Thomas "Tub" Vogan, who survives.
Other survivors are two sons Nick (Debra) Hubble, Magnolia, Texas, and Tim (Sue) Vogan, LaGrange, N.C.; five grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
Deceased are a brother, Robert Arnold; and a sister Mary Catherine Arnold.
She was a homemaker and a 1942 graduate of St. Marys Memorial High School.
Services are 11 a.m. Thursday at Elm Grove Cemetery, St. Marys, the Rev. Bill Maki officiating.
Calling is 6-8 p.m. Wednesday at Miller Funeral Home, St. Marys.
