* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ripley, Union and Wayne and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Andrew Thurston
Former Celina resident Andrew "Andy" Gary Thurston, 60, of Pittsburg, Calif., died Sept. 9. 2008, at his home. Death was due to natural causes.
He was born July 13, 1948, in Celina, to James and Beulah Lewis Thurston. He was formerly married to June Hoenie, who survives.
Also surviving are two sons, Duane of Pittsburg, Calif. and Joe (Arlene) of Minden, Nev.; a daughter, Julie (Jeremy) Smith, New Knoxville; five brothers, Ron (Rosemary) Brenneman, Lake Havasu City, Ariz., George (Cindy) Brenneman, Sacramento, Calif., Phillip (Nida), Tim and Bruce Thurston, Celina; and six sisters, Gaynella (Richard) McGuire, Danville, Ky., Carolyn (George) Pendergrass, Scott City, Mo., Iona McGaughy, Sacramento; Angela Thurston, Celina, Linda Thurston, Dayton, and Vickie (Sonny) Byers, Piqua.
A brother, Virgil Brenneman, is deceased.
He formerly worked at Wayne Trail Machine, Fort Loramie, before moving out west 18 years ago and later retired from trucking. A 1967 graduate of Celina Senior High School, he served in the U.S. Army from 1968-1970, including a tour of duty in Germany.
Memorial services were held Tuesday in Pittsburg followed by burial with military rites.
