* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Lawrence Luthman
Lawrence "Larry" Luthman, 86, 106 Clearview Court, St. Marys, died at 3:25 p.m. Sept. 15, 2008, at St. Marys Living Center.
He was born March 24, 1922, in Fort Loramie, to John and Rosa Hoying Luthman. On July 26, 1947, he married Ruth Harting, who survives.
Other survivors are four sons, John (Michelle), Anderson, Ind., Ron (Sue) and Dave, all of St. Marys, and Tom (Michelle), Coldwater; two daughters, Betty (Robert) Zircher, Minster, and Jane (Nicholas) Fleck, Celina; a sister, Alma Overman, Dayton; 14 grandchildren and a great-grandchild.
Deceased are two infant sons, Eddie and Jerry; four brothers, Henry, Urban, Paul and Herman; and a sister, Coletta Schwieterman.
He retired from the former Goodyear Tire and Rubber Company, St. Marys, after 40 years and was a member of Holy Rosary Catholic Church, St. Marys, the Knights of Columbus, Fraternal Order of Eagles Lodge and American Legion, all in St. Marys.
Funeral Mass is 10 a.m. Saturday at the church, the Rev. Anthony Cutcher officiating. Burial is at Gethsemane Cemetery, St. Marys.
Calling is 2-8 p.m. Friday and Saturday one hour prior to service at Miller Funeral Home, St. Marys.
