* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Emlyn Lampy
Emlyn R. Lampy, 88, 319 E. Livingston St., Celina, died Sept. 12, 2008, at his residence.
He was born Feb. 14, 1920, in Mercer County, to William and Lenore Bogart Lampy. In 1946 he married Esther M. Ray, who died Aug. 4, 2000.
Surviving is a son, Mark (Sharon), Mendon; a sister, Maxine Allen, Celina; a brother-in-law, Homer Lentz, Findlay; four grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
Deceased are a son, David; a sister, Marilyn Lentz; and a brother-in-law, Henry Allen.
He farmed in Union Township and retired from the former Huffy Bicycle plant, Celina. He was a member of the Mendon First Church of God, and attended Celina First Church of God. He graduated in 1938 from the former Mendon-Union High School.
Services are 1:30 p.m. Tuesday at W.H. Dick & Sons-Hellwarth Funeral Home, Celina, the Rev. Dean Bruce officiating. Burial is at Mendon Cemetery.
Calling is 11 a.m. - 1:30 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
