* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ripley, Union and Wayne and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Bernice Uhlenhake
Bernice "Bea" Uhlenhake, 88, 129 E. Wayne St., Celina, died at 10:20 p.m. Sept. 8, 2008, at Celina Manor Nursing Home.
She was born Feb. 1, 1920. in St. Anthony, to John and Ida Homan Sudhoff. On Nov.. 22, 1945, she married Herman "Ham" Uhlenhake, who survives.
Other survivors are three daughters, Marlene (Harold) Rome, Overland Park, Kan., Shirley Duncan, Celina, and Linda (Bob) Schwieterman, Chickasaw; eight grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.
Deceased are three brothers, Werner, Walter and Rev. Leonard Sudhoff; two sisters, Helen Klosterman and Mildred Sudhoff; and a son-in-law, Gary Duncan.
She was a homemaker and a member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, Celina, and its Rosary Altar Sodality, the Legion of Mary and prayer chain and the ladies auxiliary.
Funeral Mass is 10 a.m. Saturday at the church, the Rev. Richard Riedel officiating. Burial is at St. Marys Catholic Cemetery, Celina.
Calling is 4-8 p.m. Friday and 9-9:45 a.m. Saturday at W.H. Dick & Sons-Hellwarth Funeral Home, Celina.
