* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Stormey Banks
Stormey C. Banks, 44, 1268 state Route 219, died at 5:52 p.m. Sept. 5, 2008, at St. Rita's Medical Center, Lima, following a go-cart-car accident at 4 p.m. on state Route 219 in Macedon.
He was born June 14, 1964, in Troy, to Charlie and Patricia Krug Banks, who are deceased.
Surviving are a son, Kenny (Casie) Rose, Greenville; two brothers, Jeff (Cindy), Fort Recovery, and Carl, Sidney; two sisters, Donna (Roger) King and Sherry Banks, all of Sidney; the mother of his child, Deb Banks, Angola, Ind.; and two grandchildren.
He worked for Baucher Pressure Washing, Celina.
Services are 7 p.m. Tuesday at Lehman-Hogenkamp-Dzendzel Funeral Home, Celina. Burial is at the families convenience at the Long Cemetery at the Sunshine Baptist Church Cemetery, Campton, Ky.
