* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous conditions could impact the Friday morning and evening commutes.

New Bremen broke ground on Saturday for its new athletic complex, which will be 150 feet by 60 feet, and it will be used for physical education classes and athletic training upon its completion.
