* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Berneice Stetler
Berneice F. Stetler, 93, Willshire, died at 7:28 a.m. Aug. 27, 2008, at the Laurels of Shane Hill, Rockford,
She was born May 26, 1915, in Mercer County, to William P. and Katharine Schaadt Becher. On Feb. 15, 1936, she married Harold E. Stetler, who died on April 7, 2008.
Surviving are a son; Ronald D., Willshire; a granddaughter and two great grandchildren.
Deceased is a brother; Leslie Becher; and six sisters; Marie Willrath, Leone McBride, Bertha Stephenson, Matilda Eley and Pauline Becher, and an infant.
She was a homemaker and a member of Zion Lutheran Church, Chattanooga.
Services are 2 p.m. Sunday at Ketcham-Ripley Funeral Home, Rockford, the Rev. Randall Swanson officiating. Burial is at Riverside Cemetery, Rockford.
Calling is 12-2 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
