* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Keith Prowant
Keith D. Prowant, 44, of St. Marys, died at 7 a.m. Aug. 21, 2008, at the Veterans Administration Medical Center, Dayton. Death was due to cancer.
He was born June 20, 1964, in Bowling Green, to John C. and Ethel Wade Prowant Jr. His mother, Ethel Shawver, survives in Defiance. On Oct. 2, 2007, he married Millisa S. "Missy" Rostorfer, who survives.
Other survivors are a sister, Cathy (Mike) Wellons, Wapakoneta; and parents-in-law, Laurie and Jon Cottrell, Fort Shawnee.
He was a cook by trade, a salesman with Tom Ahl Hyundai, Lima, and owned and operated the former Cottage Charm Cafe, Wapakoneta. He was a member of St. Paul's Lutheran Church, Defiance, and the Fraternal Order of Eagles, Wapakoneta. He served in the U.S. Navy and the U.S. Navy Reserves and was a 1982 graduate of Defiance High School.
Services are 1:30 p.m. Monday at Bayliff & Eley Funeral Home, Wapakoneta, the Rev. Gary Bragg officiating. Burial is at Greenlawn Cemetery, Wapakoneta, where military rites will be conduct by the Veterans of Foreign Wars.
Calling is 2-8 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
