* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Donald Dicke
Donald Willis Dicke, 84, of Ohio City, died at 11:40 a.m. Aug. 18, 2008, at Van Wert County Hospital.
He was born Sept. 6, 1923, in Montezuma, to Florence and Anna Moler Dicke. On June 5, 1948, he married Virginia Veit, who survives.
Other survivors are, four sons, Gary W. (Janell), Sevierville, Tenn., D. Bruce (Barb), Decatur, Ind., David L. (Karen), Ohio City, and Doug, New Haven, Ind.; a daughter Linda S. (James) Prowse, Convoy; three brothers, Lester, Florence R. and Laverne, all of St. Marys; a sister, Margo (Joe) Silvers, St. Marys; 11 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.
Deceased are a brother, Slyvanus; and two sisters, Edna Hudson and an infant, Mary Margaret.
He was a farmer and retired from Wayne Coach, Lima. He was a 1943 graduate of St. Marys Memorial High School.
Services are 10 a.m. Thursday at Cowan & Son Funeral Home, Van Wert, the Rev. Randy Bevington officiating. Burial is at Woodlawn Cemetery, Ohio City.
Calling is 6-8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
