* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Beulah Wine
Beulah C. Wine, 83, 812 Pro Drive, Celina, died at 3:20 a.m. Aug. 14, 2008, at Lima Memorial Hospital.
She was born July 4, 1925, in Fort Recovery, to Harry C. and Flossie Runkle DeRoo.
Surviving are two sons, Harry (Joyce) Wine, Bushnell, Fla., and Larry (Dorothy) Wine, Celina; a daughter, Sharon (Lawrence) Repp, Ashland; a sister, Milly (Doyle) Painter Decatur, Ind.; seven grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren and four great-greatgrandchildren.
Deceased is a brother, Harry DeRoo.
She retired after 34 years from the former Huffy Bicycle plant in Celina and was a homemaker. She was a member of the First Church of God, Celina, the Order of the Eastern Star, Lima, and the American Legion Auxiliary, Coldwater.
Services are 10:30 a.m. Monday at W.H. Dick & Sons-Hellwarth Funeral Home, Celina, the Rev. Richard VanHorn officiating. Burial is at Swamp College Cemetery, Celina.
Calling is 2-5 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
