* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Cretoria VanStronder
Cretoria Caroline VanStronder, 95, of Berryville, Va., died Aug. 3, 2008, at Winchester Medical Center, Winchester, Va.
She was born Sept. 25, 1912, in Mercer County to Erwin and Emma Schnelle Wiehe. On May 7, 1932, she married Dale Theo VanStronder, who died Dec. 15, 1984.
Surviving are a daughter, Nancy E. (Ted) Bishop, Berryville, Va.; a sister, Lavon Dicke, New Bremen; two granddaughters and four great-grandchildren.
Deceased is a sister Marie Nedderman.
She was a homemaker and had worked and retired from Radio Corporation of America where she manufactured components for National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA). She was a member of St. Andrews United Methodist Church and the Eastern Star both in Findlay.
Services are 7 p.m. Friday at the Gilberg-Hartwig Funeral Home, New Bremen. Burial is at 11 a.m. Saturday at the German Protestant Cemetery in New Bremen.
Calling is one hour prior to service on Friday at the funeral home.
