* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Larry Fairbanks
Larry R. Fairbanks, 58, of 2006 Emerald Court, St. Marys, died July 31, 2008, at his residence. An autopsy has been ordered to determine cause of death.
He was born Aug. 29, 1949, in Chattanooga, Tenn. to Edward and Bernice Woody Fairbanks. On March 29, 1969, he married Kathy McCoy, who survives.
Other survivors are a son, Russ Jr. (Kelly), London, Ohio; a daughter, Julie (Kevin) Quinn, Ringgold, Ga.; a brother LeBron, Lakeland, Fla.; a sister, Carolyn Lawson, St. Marys; and two grandchildren.
Deceased is an infant brother, Charles.
He served as a pastor with the Church of the Nazarene, having ministered in Inez, Ky., Gary, Ind., Pottstown, Pa., Augusta, Maine, Hamilton, Chattanooga, Tenn. and Findlay. He was currently serving as district superintendent of the Northwestern Ohio District, Church of the Nazarene. He was a graduate of Trevecca Nazarene University in Nashville, Tenn., Faith Christian College in Morgantown, Ky., and received his master's and doctorate degrees from Covington Theological Seminary.
Services are 2 p.m. Monday at the J. E. Shankel Auditorium at Northwestern Ohio Nazarene District Center, St. Marys, the Revs. Russ and LeBron Fairbanks officiating. Burial is at Greenwood Cemetery, Chattanooga, Tenn.
Calling is 3-6 p.m. Sunday at the Celina Church of the Nazarene, 900 Fairgrounds Road, Celina, and following services on Monday.
Contributions can be made to the Northwest Ohio Nazarene District Center.
