* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Donna L. Colvin
Donna Lee Colvin, 82, 1203 Harbor Point Drive, Celina, died July 28, 2008, at 4:08 p.m. at St. Rita's Medical Center, Lima.
She was born Sept. 9, 1925, in Uniopolis, to Lee and Opal Spees Parlette. On Sept. 5, 1947, she married Don E. Colvin, who died in November, 2000.
Survivors are four sons, Kendal (Cynthia), Mansfield, Keldon, Celina, Ted (Karen), Berea, and Bruce, Ulster Park, N.Y.; a daughter, Candi (Robert) Banks, Dublin; three brothers, Gordon "Lynn" (Virginia) of Arizona, Jack (Mary) of North Carolina, and Byron of Washington; two sisters, Joanne (Dean) Bussart, Bristol, Tenn., and Judy (Jim) Stingel of Delaware; 10 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
She was a retired teacher from Lima Senior High School, where she taught for 21 years. She was a member of the United Church of Christ, Celina. She graduated from Wapakoneta High School in 1943, and Ohio Northern University, Ada, in 1965.
Services are 2 p.m. Saturday at Cisco Funeral Home, Celina, the Rev. Robert Ellis officiating. Burial is at North Grove Cemetery, Celina.
Calling is 4-8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
