* WHEN...From 6 AM to 6 PM EST Friday.
* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous conditions could impact the Friday morning and evening commutes.

One of the oldest operating windmills in Mercer County is getting a new coat of paint. Owner Tino Rodriguez, right, says the color scheme is red, white and blue with each blade alternating the three colors. Assisting in this project is Armando Cervantes.
