* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.
* WHERE...St. Marys River at Rockford.
* WHEN...Until Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 4:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 12.9 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this evening. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ripley, Union and Wayne and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

Dorothy Gagle
Former Celina resident Dorothy E. Gagle, 78, of Athens, died at 10:45 a.m. July 16, 2008, at Columbus Select Specialty Hospital.
She was born Feb. 7, 1930, in Celina to Garrel "Brig" and Beulah Beatrice Highley Snider. In 1951 she married Robert F. Gagle, who survives.
Other survivors are two sons, Tim (Joanna), Mt. Sterling, Ky., and Don (Nancy), Bloomington, Ind.; a daughter, Patti (Larry) Sparks, Bloomington, Ind.; a sister-in-law, Gloria Thompson Snider, Gahanna; five grandchildren, two stepgrandchildren and a great-grandchild.
Deceased is a brother, Rex E. Snider.
She was employed at Logan's University Bookstore, Chapman's Jewelry, Athens Memory Dorothy Gardens and operated Gagle's Grocery Store near Stround's Run State Park, all in Athens. She was a member of First Presbyterian Church, Presbyterian Women and the Emblem Club, all in Athens. She was a former president of the Athens Bowling League and served as district director of Ohio. She was a 1947 graduate of Celina High School.
Services are 1 p.m. Monday at Jagers & Sons Funeral Home, Athens, the Rev. Craig Seitz officiating. Burial is at Athens Memory Gardens.
Calling is 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
