* WHEN...From 6 AM to 6 PM EST Friday.
* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous conditions could impact the Friday morning and evening commutes.

Downtown clock

Mary Englehart of St. Marys takes time to admire the new freestanding clock installed in downtown St. Marys this week in Heritage Park. Volunteers recently planted colorful flowers in planters attached to the wrought iron fence around the park.
