William Rodgers
William Allen Rodgers, 74, of Carlisle, died July 4, 2008, at his home.
He was born Nov. 10, 1933, in Van Wert, to Bradus Allen and Mary Eugenia Edmandson Rodgers.
Survivors are a son, James A. (Lynn), Clayton, N.C.; a daughter, Lisa Lalley, Southern Pines, N.C.; and five grandchildren.
He was a retired U.S. Army Chief Warrant Officer serving in the Vietnam War. He also retired from Defense Investigative Services as a background investigations officer.
Graveside services are 9 a.m. Aug .6. at Arlington National Cemetery, with full military honors.
Hoffman-Roth Funeral Home & Crematory, Inc., Carlisle, is in charge of arrangements.
