* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Lucille Fisher
Lucille A. Fisher, 90, of St. Marys, died at 10:17 a.m. July 2, 2008, at Joint Township District Memorial Hospital, St. Marys.
She was born September 28, 1917, in Mercer County, to Louis and Clara Bruns Wilker. On Oct. 21, 1939, she married William F. Fisher, who died in 1996.
Survivors are a son, William (Elaine), Wapakoneta; two daughters, Mary (Guy) Samples, Wapakoneta, and Ruth (Eugene) Tuttle, St. Marys; two sisters-in-law; four grandchildren, two great-grandchildren. three stepgrandchildren, four stepgreat-grandchildren and a stepgreat-great-granddaughter.
Deceased are two brothers, Leroy and Elmer Wilker; and a granddaughter.
She was a homemaker and a member of Holy Rosary Catholic Church, St. Marys.
Funeral Mass is 11 a.m. Tuesday at the church, the Rev. Anthony Cutcher officiating. Burial is at Gethsemane Cemetery, St. Marys.
Calling is 4-8 p.m. Monday at Cisco Funeral Home, St. Marys, where the Veterans of Foreign Wars Ladies Auxiliary will hold services at 7 p.m. and the rosary will be prayed at 7:15 p.m.
