* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous conditions could impact the Friday morning and evening commutes.

Dona Culbertson
Dona Jean Culbertson, 69, of 404 W. Fayette St., Celina, died at 4:40 p.m. July 1, 2008, at her residence.
She was born Nov. 21, 1938, in Lima to Don and Ruth Kramer Emerson. She married Lloyd Goodwin Sr. in 1956. He survives in St. Marys. In November of 1982, she married Ralph Culbertson who died in 1990.
Other survivors are a son, Harry Lloyd "Bub" Goodwin Jr., Celina; two daughters, Kim Goodwin, Celina, and Dona J. (Paul) Kaler, Camp Hill, Pa.; a brother Mike Cullen, St. Paul, Minn.; two sisters, Theresa Taylor, Brownwood, Texas, and Shari (Gene) Forsyth, San Angelo, Texas; seven grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.
Deceased is a daughter, Ruth "Sissy" Goodwin and a grandson.
She retired after 15 years with the former Huffy Bicycle Company, Celina. She was a member of the former Neptune Baptist Church and the Fraternal Order of Eagles Auxiliary, Celina.
Services are 10 a.m. Saturday at W.H. Dick & Sons-Hellwarth Funeral Home, Celina, the Rev. Scott Solether officiating. Burial is at North Grove Cemetery, Celina.
Calling is 1-6 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
