A channel at Windy Point in Montezuma is the current home of dredging equipment, pictured above, used by the Grand Lake St. Marys State Park. The city of Celina, with the help of Mercer County officials, has proposed a $6 million project to remove about 10 feet of sediment from the bottom of the lake in order to improve water quality and provide numerous other benefits.
