* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Darlene Dicke
Darlene Rath Dicke, 53, of 1210 Kent Court, St. Marys, died at 11:10 p.m. June 15, 2008, at her daughter's residence in Celina. Death was due to cancer.
She was born Nov. 4, 1954, in Wapakoneta, to Ferd and Rita Link Roth. Her mother survives in Wapakoneta.
Other survivors are two sons, Chad (Christina), of Marysville, and Chet, Columbus; four daughters, Jessica (Travis) Henkaline, Grand Rapids, Mich., Michelle (Jeff) Hughes, New Castle, Ind., Abigail (Karl) Kuck, New Knoxville, and Melissa (Joel) Ekern, Celina; a sister, Gloria (Steve) Moening, Lima; eight grandchildren and former husband Michael Dicke, St. Marys.
Deceased is a sister, Janet Knerr.
She worked at Dannon Yogurt Company in Minster and was a member of the New Life Christian Center in Celina, where she had served as a missionary and teacher on trips to France and Granada. She was a 1972 graduate of St. Joseph High School in Wapakoneta.
Services are 10:30 a.m. Thursday at the Miller Funeral Home, the Rev. Gary King officiating. Burial is at Elm Grove Cemetery.
Calling is 4-7 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
