* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Lewis Snider
Lewis D. Snider, 69, 4281 William Drive, Celina, died at 10:48 p.m. June 11, 2008, at his residence.
He was born Sept. 21, 1938, in Celina, to Raymond and Hila Kull Snider. On Oct. 8, 1960, he married Rita Koenig, who survives.
Other survivors are a son, Steven D., Columbus; a daughter, Lori (Darrin) Bruce, Columbus; two sisters, Anna Lee (Melvin) Linn, Celina, and Mildred (Robert) Bollenbacher, Rockford; a sister-in-law, Lela, Celina; and two grandchildren.
Deceased are a brother and his wife, Arthur and Billie; and a brother, Marvin.
He retired as a claims manager at Celina Insurance Group. He was a member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, the Knights of Columbus, the American Legion, the Veterans of Foreign Wars and the Loyal Order of Moose Lodge, all of Celina. A 1956 Celina High School graduate, he was a U.S. Army veteran serving from 1961-1963.
Funeral Mass is 10:30 a.m. Monday at the church, the Rev. Thomas Brenberger officiating. Burial is at St. Marys Catholic Cemetery, Celina, where military honors will be conducted by the American Legion and the VFW.
Calling is 2-6 p.m. Sunday and before 10 a.m. Monday at Lehman-Hogenkamp-Dzendzel Funeral Home, Celina. Services will be conducted by the VFW and the American Legion at 5:45 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
