* WHERE...St. Marys River at Rockford.
* WHEN...Until this afternoon.
* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:40 AM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to fall slowly this afternoon, falling below flood stage later this evening. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Ruby Snider
Ruby Hunt Allread Snider, 91, of Greenville, died at 12:10 a.m June 10, 2008, at the Brethren Retirement Community, Greenville.
She was born July 26, 1916, in Darke County to Harry and Eva Jane Nicholas Rolfe.
Her husbands, Lester Hunt, Arla Allread and Cyrilius E. "Ted" Snider are deceased.
Survivors are a son, Jack (Sherry) Hunt, Greenville; a stepson, Lewis Snider, Lima; a stepdaughter, Shelby Jean Hubbard, Lima; four grandchildren; six great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.
Deceased are two brothers, Ora and Carol; and three sisters, Elva Heller, Edna Riffle and Dessie Rolfe.
She retired from Bonfiglio Pharmacy, Greenville, where she had been employed for 40 years. She was a member of the First Congregational Christian Church of Greenville, and a member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles Lodge Ladies Auxiliary. She was also a member of the Annie Oakley Camping Club, of Darke County.
Services are 2 p.m. Friday at Zechar-Bailey Funeral Home, Greenville, the Rev. Doug Krauss officiating. Burial is at the Greenville Cemetery.
Calling is 3-6 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
