* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Joselyn Byrns
Joselyn Lee Byrns, 75, formerly of 195 Jack Oak Point Road, St. Marys, died at 2 a.m. June 9, 2008, at the Otterbein St. Marys Retirement Community.
She was born Aug. 20, 1932, in Union City, Ind., to Fred and Margaret Brierly Caron. Her first husband, Howard L. Jones, died Oct. 22, 2001. On Sept. 15, 1975, she married Willard Leroy Byrns, who died April 22, 2007.
Survivors are a son Bruce A. (Diana S.) Jones, St. Marys; a brother, Jack Caron, Union City; two stepsons, Chris Byrns and James Bauman, both of New Castle, Ind.; and four grandchildren.
Deceased is a daughter, Caron Townsend.
She was a bookkeeper for C & G Oil in Muncie, Ind., and a member of the Holy Rosary Catholic Church, St. Marys.
Memorial services are 10 a.m. Friday at the Lehman-Hogenkmap-Dzendzel Funeral Home, Celina, the Rev. Anthony Cutcher officiating. Burial is 2 p.m. at Union City Cemetery, Union City.
Calling is one hour prior to service at the funeral home.
