* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Paul Wehrle
Former Fort Recovery resident Paul W. Wehrle, 84, of the Philippines, died June 2, 2008, at his home.
He was born Aug. 19, 1923, to William and Clarice Shanks Wehrle, who are deceased. His stepfather, Fred Roessner, also is deceased. He married Carolina, who survives in the Phillipines.
Others survivors are three sons, Bill of Washington and Tom and Chris, both of California; two adopted children; a stepbrother, Alvin Roessner, Arco, Idaho; and two stepsisters, Helen Heitkamp and Irma Wuebker, both of Fort Recovery.
Deceased are two sons, Mike and Ted; a sister; two stepsisters, Esther and Joan Roessner; and stepbrothers, Harold, Norb, Tony, Linus, Chuck, and Joe Roessner.
He was a retired salesman and a 1942 graduate of Rensselaer High School in Indiana.
Memorial Mass is 6:30 p.m. July 5, 2008, at St. Joseph Catholic Church, Fort Recovery.
