* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Glenn Campbell
Glenn Douglas Campbell, 86, of Englewood, died at 10 p.m. May 31, 2008, at Englewood Manor.
He was born Dec. 7, 1921, to William and Ruth Samuels Campbell. His wife of 64 years, Dorothy M. "Dottie" Clark Campbell, survives.
Other survivors are two daughters, Bonnie Ellison, Dayton, and Diane (Ken) Rosengarten, Coldwater; a sister, Maxine (Robert) Brooks, Dayton; four grandchildren and a great-grandchild.
Deceased are a brother, James; and a sister, Dorothy Anderson.
He retired from the Elliott Tool and Die Company, formerly of Dayton, where he worked as a machinist and inspector for 45 years. He was a member of Concord United Methodist Church in Englewood. A U.S. Coast Guard veteran of World War II, he was a member of the American Legion, West Milton, and the Veterans of Foreign Wars, Clayton.
Services are 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at the Kindred Funeral Home, Englewood. Burial is at the church cemetery.
Calling is 5-8 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
