* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ripley, Union and Wayne and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

* WHEN...Until Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Bud Shivley
Bud L. Shivley, 73, of Convoy, died at 10:50 p.m. May 25, 2008, at his residence following an extended illness.
He was born Feb. 28, 1935, in Van Wert, to Cleo and Marjorie Stover Shivley, On July 11, 1955, he married Patricia Vorhees, who survives in Convoy.
Other survivors are a son, Craig, Convoy; four daughters, Jan Edwards, Sheri (Brian) Tindall, all of Van Wert, Jill (Steve) Diller, and Pam (Chris) Motycka, all of Convoy; two brothers, Ronald (Joan), Fort Wayne, Ind. and Gordon (Velma), Delphos; a sister, Beth (Rich) Lininger, Angola, Ind.; 10 grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
He was a plastering contractor, a veteran of the U.S. Army, and a member of the Trinity Friends Church, Van Wert, where he served as a trustee.
Services are Thursday at Alspach-Gearhart Funeral Home and Crematory, Van Wert, the Revs. Neil Hammons and Gerald Baker officiating.
Calling is 2-8 p.m. Wednesday and one hour prior to service Wednesday at the funeral home. Private family burial is at Woodland Cemetery, Van Wert.
