* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Patricia Keber
Patricia Y. Keber, 75, rural Van Wert, died at 5:25 p.m. May 2, 2008, at VanCrest Health Care Center, Van Wert.
She was born Aug. 13, 1932, in Van Wert to Dailey C. and Nellie Maxine Lockard Krugh. On Sept. 10, 1955, she married Edward L. Keber, who survives.
Also surviving are three sons, Mark E. (Deborah), Daniel L. (Vicki) and Ronald P. (Tracy), all of Ohio City; two daughters, Beth E. (John) Gamble, Van Wert, and Mary K. (David) Allmandinger, Ohio City; a brother, Ned (Mary Lue) Krugh, Ohio City; a sister-in-law, Iris Krugh, Sun City, Fla.; 13 grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
Deceased are a daughter, Anne Marie, and a brother, Rex Krugh.
She was a homemaker and farm wife. She was a member of St. Mary of Assumption Church and its Altar & Rosary Society, Van Wert. She was a 1950 graduate of Ohio City-Liberty High School and a member of Van Wert County Farm Bureau.
Funeral Mass is 10:30 a.m. Monday at the church, the Rev. Mike Zacharias officiating. Burial is at Woodlawn Cemetery, Ohio City.
Calling is 1-8 p.m. Sunday at Cowan & Son Funeral Home, Van Wert, with a rosary service at 8 p.m.
Memorials can be made to the church or CHP Hospice Home.
