* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:40 AM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to fall slowly this afternoon, falling below flood stage later this evening. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Re-attaching the docks

Shinn Bros. construction workers on Tuesday move parts of floating docks from where they were stored over the winter in order to re-attach them to the new boardwalk along West Bank Road in front of West Lake Village in Celina.
