Megan Jeffries
Megan Ann Jeffries, 17, of 9505 Celina Mendon Road, died at 5:34 p.m. April 27, 2008, at Mercer County Community Hospital in Coldwater. Death was due to injuries sustained in an ATV accident.
She was born Feb. 24, 1991, in Celina, to Donna and William Jeffries. Her mother and her mother's fiancé, Jason Andrews, survive in Celina, and her father and stepmother, Dawn Jeffries survive in Hesston, Kan.
Other survivors are a sister, Amanda Jeffries, Celina; three stepsisters, Kayleigh Andrews, Celina, and Haley and Morgan Dietrich, Hesston; grandparents, Melvin and Madonna Crouch, Celina, and James and Patricia Now Jeffries, Celina; a great-grandmother, Retta Crouch, Celina; and stepgrandparents Leroy and Mary Permann, Rockford.
Deceased are a grandfather, Dallas Jeffries; and a grandmother, Lula Crouch.
She was a junior at Celina Senior High School, an athletic trainer for the football team and a member of the German Club. She was a member of St. John Lutheran Church, Celina.
Services are 2 p.m. Sunday at the church, the Rev. Paul Baglien officiating. Burial is at Mercer Memory Gardens, Celina.
Calling is 2-8 p.m. Saturday at Lehman-Hogenkamp-Dzendzel Funeral Home, Celina, and Sunday one hour prior to services at the church.
Contributions can be made to the Megan Ann Jeffries Memorial Medical Scholarship Fund at Wright State Lake University Campus, Celina.
