* IMPACTS...The cold wind chills as low as 15 below zero could result in hypothermia or frostbite if precautions are not taken.

2008 Proud to be American Arts Festival

Zach Medler of Portland, Ind., demonstrates how to make a pitcher on a pottery wheel at St. Henry Elementary School on Friday. The students were shown a variety of arts and listened to speakers talk about various aspects of patriotism as part of the 2008 Proud to be American Arts Festival at the school this week.
