* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ripley, Union and Wayne and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Edward Huecker
Edward L. Huecker, 62, 13050 Luthman Road, Minster, died at 2:14 a.m. April 17, 2008, at the Golden Living Center-Valley, St. Marys. He had been ill for the past six years.
He was born June 16, 1945 in McCartyville to Paul and Teresa Schlater Huecker. On June 15, 1968 he married Jacquiline Powell, who survives near Minster.
Also surviving are a daughter, Angela Maione, Fort Lauderdale, Fla.; two sons, Pete, Minster, and Steve (Renee), McCartyville; three sisters, Madonna (James) Roth, Sidney; Carol (Robert) Hurn, St. Marys, and Sister Paula, Cincinnati; two brothers, Bob (Carol), Minster and Bill (Marilyn), Coldwater; and six grandchildren.
He retired in 1991 as a heavy equipment supervisor for the Lake Loramie State Park. He was a Vietnam veteran, serving in 1966-1967 and was a member of the Minster Eagles, St. Marys Veterans of Foreign Wars and the American Legion, Anna. He also was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church, McCartyville.
Services are at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at the church, the Rev. Patrick Welsh officiating. Burial will be at a later date at the church cemetery.
Calling is 2-7 p.m. Tuesday and 9:30-10:30 a.m. Wednesday at the church.
Gilberg-Hartwig Funeral Home, New Bremen, handled arrangements.
