* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Jim Strete
Jim H. Strete, 65, of Rockford, died at 3:50 a.m. April 17, 2008, at his home.
He was born July 31, 1942, in Mercer County, to Luther and Laura Gladine Shock Strete.
Survivors are a son, Travis (Tonya), Monroe, Ind.; two daughters, Tabatha (Mike) Kraner, Van Wert, and Tracy (Kenny) Guernsey, New Haven, Ind.; two sisters, Betty (George) Pickle, Coldwater, and Jane Mathews, Van Wert; and four grandchildren.
Deceased are a daughter, Tamara; a brother, Jerry; and a sister, Clela Kohnen.
He retired after 40 years at Goodyear Tire & Rubber Co., St. Marys. A U.S. Navy veteran, he was a member of Calvary United Brethren Church, Rockford, and attended The Bridge Community Church, Decatur, Ind.
Services are 10:30 a.m. Monday at Ketcham-Ripley Funeral Home, Rockford, the Rev. Mo Hodge officiating. Burial is at Riverside Cemetery, Rockford.
Calling is 2-8 p.m. Sunday and after 9:30 a.m. Monday at the funeral home.
