* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Paul Highley
Paul W. Highley, 81, 7872 Howick Road, Celina, died at 5:45 p.m. April 14, 2008, at Joint Township District Memorial Hospital, St. Marys.
He was born Sept. 11, 1926, in Rockford, to Paul A. and Thelma Pearl McClintock Highley. On Sept. 29, 1956, he married Joanne Craft, who survives.
Other survivors are three sons, Larry of Celina, Dave (Judy) and Bevan (Darlene), all of St. Marys; two daughters, Kim of Celina, and Marcia of Pennville, Ind.; two sisters, Sharon (Gary) Walls, Mercer, and Shirley (Lloyd) Prichard, Van Wert; eight grandchildren, one stepgrandchild, 14 great-grandchildren and three stepgreat-grandchildren.
Deceased are two grandchildren.
He retired from Tractors Inc., Celina and Rockford Stone Co. and was a member of Mercer United Methodist Church.
Services are 1:30 p.m. Friday at Cisco Funeral Home, Celina, the Revs. Kenneth Baker and Tim Clutter officiating.  Burial is in Mercer Memory Gardens.
Calling is 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
Contributions can be made to the Celina Food Pantry, Mercer Methodist Church or Mount Zion Church, Rockford.
