In order to create a new entrance into Pullman Bay Park from Lake Shore Drive, the city has proposed trading its 0.535-acre parcel for Ron Amstutz's 0.149-acre parcel, where the new entrance would be located. Casey Jones Restaurant owners would acquire the portion of County Road vacated south of Market Street, while Amstutz would acquire the rest of the vacated County Road south of the R.J. Corman Railroad track. In lieu of a portion of the vacated County Road, Pullman Bay Restaurant owners would acquire a 0.039-acre parcel of the park near the restaurant.
