* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:40 AM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to fall slowly this afternoon, falling below flood stage later this evening. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Josh Pruitt and Brandi Huber walk their dog, Buffy, on the Franklin Township bike/pedestrian path Saturday along Karafit Road on the south side of Grand Lake. The couple, who live nearby, use the path frequently and said they like that township trustees are trying to preserve and create natural areas for the public to enjoy.
