* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Arthur Jacobs
Arthur J. "Jim" Jacobs Jr., 70, 4935 Fleetfoot Road, Celina, died 10:40 p.m. March 27, 2008, at Mercer County Community Hospital.
He was born Nov. 22, 1937 in St. Henry to Arthur J. and Ruth Alexander Jacobs. His mother survives in Celina. On Aug. 3, 1957, he married Sonia M. Clark, who died June 1, 2006.
Also surviving are two sons, James A. (Sue), Coldwater, and Alan (Ruth), Celina; four daughters, Deb (Don) Gross, Coldwater, and Teresa (Jeff) Griswold, Tammy (Carl) Truesdale, and Mary (Darrel) Conkel, all of Celina; a son-in-law, Byron Sparks, Celina; two brothers, Bob and Tom (Sue), both of Celina; two sisters, Linda (Terry) August, Celina, and Pat (Bob) Bullock, Lima; 19 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren.
Deceased is a daughter, Elaine Sparks.
He was a timber cutter and had worked at the former Rutschilling Sawmill in St. Henry. He was a member of Celina Eagles #1291, Mercer County Sportsman Association and Ohio Loggers Association.
Services are 10:30 a.m. Monday at Lehman-Hogenkamp-Dzendzel Funeral Home, Celina, the Rev. Jim Keiser officiating. Burial is at Mercer Memory Gardens, Celina.
Calling is 2-6 p.m. Sunday and 9:30-10:30 a.m. Monday at the funeral home.
