* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.
* WHERE...St. Marys River at Rockford.
* WHEN...Until Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 4:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 12.9 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this evening. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ripley, Union and Wayne and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

Leonard Wilfong
Leonard F. Wilfong, 81, 104 Harrison St., Fort Recovery, died at 1:20 p.m. March 13, 2008, at Mercer County Community Hospital, Coldwater.
He was born Jan. 9, 1927, in Stoney Bottom, W. Va., to Forrest and Grace Cutlipp Wilfong. On Dec. 27, 1947, he married Robertine "Bobbie" Fish, who died Nov. 23, 1994.
Survivors are four daughters, Cheryl (Bill) Scott, Indianapolis, Ind., Jackie (Bryan) Love, Greenwich, Jenni Henry, Lakeview, and Charlene (Larry) Craig, Rushsylvania; a brother, H. Denver (Marion), Laguna Woods, Calif.; nine grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
Deceased are three brothers, Edward, Howard and Clifford.
He worked as a counselor at the Training School for Boys, Eldora, Iowa, served as a church minister in Greenwich and Belle Center, and retired from the First Church of Christ, Fort Recovery. He was a U.S. Army veteran of the Korean Conflict and a member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars, Salamonia, Ind., and the Fort Recovery Ministerial Association. He was a graduate of Pymaturning High School, Jamestown, Pa., and the Minnesota Bible College of Minneapolis.
Services are 1:30 p.m. Monday at First Church of Christ, Fort Recovery, the Rev. Lowell Kosak officiating. Burial is at Springhill Cemetery, Fort Recovery.
Calling is 1-5 p.m. Sunday at Brockman-Boeckman Funeral Home, Fort Recovery, and after 12:30 p.m. Monday at the church.
Contributions can be made to the Urban Christian Church Mission.
