* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:40 AM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to fall slowly this afternoon, falling below flood stage later this evening. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Mercer County Board of Elections members Owen Hall and Mark Uhlenhake collect a batch of precinct ballots on Tuesday evening at the Mercer County Courthouse. A group of around 10 anxious citizens - who passed the time by eating pizza and shooting the breeze - waited until 11:15 p.m. before the first preliminary results were posted. The final unofficial results were not posted until 12:12 a.m.
