* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Gertrude Hughes
Gertrude Hughes, 83, of 1111 N. Augustus St., St. Marys, died at 4:10 p.m. Feb. 29, 2008, at her home.
She was born Feb. 12, 1925, in Santa Fe, to Jacob and Nellie Miller Ritchie. She married Ronald Hughes, who died May 29, 1993.
She is survived by her companion, Jim Adams of St. Marys; two daughters, Mary Beth Lawson, St. Marys and Ruth (Jim) August, Belvidere, Ill; a brother, Charles Herring, Sidney; two sisters, Eva Anderson, Dayton, and Helen Klopfenstein, Jackson Center; seven grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
Deceased are six sisters, Mabel, Mary, Harriett, Donna, Margaret, and Bessie; and a great-granddaughter.
She retired from the Goodyear Tire and Rubber Company, St. Marys, and was a life member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars Auxiliary, and a member of the Wayne Street United Methodist Church, all in St. Marys.
Services are 11 a.m. Wednesday, at Miller-Long and Folk Funeral Home, St. Marys, the Rev. Mary Kay Brown, officiating. Burial is at Resthaven Memory Gardens, Moulton.
Calling is 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
Contributions can be made to the Auglaize County Unit of the American Cancer Society or the American Heart Association.
