* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Tonnie Godfrey
Former Celina resident Tonnie Godfrey, 58, of Coal Mountain, W. Va., died Feb. 28, 2008, at his residence. Death was due to natural causes.
He was born Nov. 15, 1949, in Guyan, W. Va., to Zina and Junie Toler Godfrey, who are deceased.
Surviving are five sisters, Zelda (Rex) Zizelman and Teresa (Dave) Embry, all of Celina; Kathy (Willis) Fortner, Coal Mountain, Dinah (Louie) Walls, Christian, W. Va., and Loretta (Mike) Knatz, St. Marys.
Two brothers, James Dexter and Woodrow "Woody" Godfrey, are deceased.
He was of the Baptist faith.
Services are 2 p.m. Sunday at the Christian Freewill Baptist Church with the Revs. Lowell Walls and Roger Browning officiating. Burial will follow at Hatfield Cemetery, Coal Mountain, with Ronald "Bubbles" Reed, Lesley Walls, Mark Cook, Todd Davis, Aaron Fortner and Jay Woolum serving as pallbearers. Honorary pallbearers are Willis Fortner and Louie Walls.
Calling is 6-10 p.m. today at the church.
Mounts Funeral Home Inc. of Gilbert, W. Va., has charge of arrangements.
