* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:40 AM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to fall slowly this afternoon, falling below flood stage later this evening. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

The Minster Civic Association took a bottom to top tour of St. Augustine Catholic Church in Minster. Guide Ron Eiting led the group up flights of stairs into the landmark's twin towers.
