* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:40 AM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to fall slowly this afternoon, falling below flood stage later this evening. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Wanda Krall
Former Celina resident Wanda Krall, 82, of Indianapolis, Ind. died Feb. 18, 2008, at home.
She was born Feb. 10, 1926, in Celina to Norval and Hazel Detrick.
Survivors are three sons, Mike (Carol), Columbus, David (Jani), Denver, Colo. and Kris, San Francisco, Calif.; a daughter, Kim (Joe) Polette, Hillsboro, Mo.; a brother, Dan Detrick, Indianapolis; a sister, Barb (Frank) Hole, Ft. Wayne, Ind.; five grandchildren and a great-granddaughter.
Deceased is a brother, Jack Detrick.
She had worked in retail sales and was a member and former Sunday School teacher at St. Paul's United Methodist Church, Celina.
Private family services will be held.
Arrangements were handled by ARN Cremation Services, Indianapolis.
