* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Virginia Fickert
Virginia L. Fickert, 71, 301 Leona St., Celina, died at 1:30 p.m. Feb. 17, 2008, at Mercer County Community Hospital, Coldwater.
She was born Feb. 24, 1936, in Celina to Gerald "Hickory" and Hazel Keel Woods. On March 3, 1962, she married Jack Fickert, who survives.
Other survivors are three sons, Jim Woods, Orlando, Fla., and Steve Koesters and Tim Fickert, both of Celina; a daughter, Chris (Mike) Godwin, Celina; three brothers, Charley Woods, of Iowa, Bill (Jane) Woods, St. Henry, and Rick (Rita) Woods, Celina; a sister, Pam (Henry) Billerman, Celina; two brothers in-law, Frank "Dino" Dunno and Dick Feierstein, both of Celina; a sister-in-law, Vina Woods, Celina; 16 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
Deceased are a daughter, Tracy Ellis; two brothers, Ernie and Gerald "Buss" Woods; and two sisters, Jackie Feierstein and Jean Dunno.
She was the owner of Plaza Beauty Salon and worked at the former Huffy Bicycle Co. and Mersman Tables, all of Celina. She was a member and elder of First Presbyterian Church, Celina. She attended Celina High School and was a 1973 graduate of The Ohio State Beauty Academy, Lima.
Services are 10:30 a.m. Thursday at the church, the Rev. Dave Dennis officiating. Burial is at Mercer Memory Gardens, Celina.
Calling is 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Wednesday at W.H. Dick & Sons-Hellwarth Funeral Home, Celina, and 9:30-10:30 a.m. Thursday at the church.
