* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Virginia Reddicliffe
Former St. Marys and Kingwood, Texas, resident Virginia Reddicliffe, 84, a resident of Dorothy Love Retirement Community, Sidney, died at 12:05 a.m. Feb. 17, 2008, at Wilson Memorial Hospital in Sidney.
She was born May 27, 1923, in Auglaize County to Charles and Adilene Anderson Osborne. She married Harold A. Reddicliffe, who is deceased.
Survivors are two brothers, Donald (Shirley) Osborne, Sidney, and Jack (Lois) Osborne, Portland, Ind.; three sisters, Juanita (Charles) Doseck, St. Marys, Billie Lou Englehart, Bryan, and Melva (Kevin) Stisser, Anderson, Ind.; and a sister-in-law, Ruth Ann Osborne, Bryan.
Deceased are two sons, Robert and Donald Balliet; two brothers, Charles and Dale; and two sisters, Vivian Fuller and Marie Osborne.
She retired from Exxon Corporation, Houston, Texas, where she had been an executive secretary for many years and was a member of the Exxon Annuitant Group. She was a member of the Holy Rosary Catholic Church, St. Marys, and a 1941 graduate of St. Marys Memorial High School.
Private family services will be held at the Miller Funeral Home, St. Marys. Burial is at Elm Grove Cemetery.
