* WHERE...St. Marys River at Rockford.
* WHEN...Until this afternoon.
* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:40 AM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to fall slowly this afternoon, falling below flood stage later this evening. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Stephen Fannon
Stephen W. Fannon, 53, 203 W. Walnut Street, Mendon, died 4:58 p.m., Feb. 15, 2008, at the Parkview Memorial Hospital, Fort Wayne.
He was born Oct. 26, 1954, in St. Marys to Harry and LaFern (Hussey) Fannon, who are both deceased. He was previously married to Melinda Roth-Trinosky, who survives in Van Wert.
Other survivors are four daughters, Nicole Shaner and Stephanie, both of Van Wert; Belinda Coffey, Daytona Beach, Fla., and Melissa, Cincinnati; and six grandchildren.
Prior to becoming disabled, he worked at Rodefeld's Auto Parts, Celina. He was a 1972 graduate of Memorial High School, St. Marys and was a member of ABATE.
A service of remembrance is 2 p.m. Sunday at the Grace United Methodist Church, St. Marys.
