* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Carl Miller
Carl W. Miller, 58, of Burkettsville, died at 12:07 a.m. Feb. 14, 2008, at his home. Death was due to cancer.
He was born Feb. 18, 1949, in Decatur, Ind., to Jerome and Ludwina Dorsten Miller. His mother survives in St. Henry. On April 9, 1969, he married Dianna Siefring, who survives.
Other survivors are three sons, Carl W. Jr., New Weston, Andrew (Casey), Fort Recovery, and Norbert, Burkettsville; a daughter, Peggy (Jason) Schmit, Rossburg; five brothers, Richard, Coldwater, Thomas (Marilyn), Liberty Township, Daniel (Alvera), St. Henry, Edward, Dayton, and Victor, Fort Recovery; four sisters, Rose (Eugene) Rammel, Burkettsville, Agnes Rammel, Dayton, and Rita (Anthony) Schmitz and Theresa (Tim) Hagar, all of Celina; and three grandchildren.
Deceased are an infant sister, Frances; and a brother-in-law, Ronald Rammel.
He worked at Pax Machine Works, Coldwater, and formerly at Dairy Maid, Greenville, and the former Pet Milk plant, Coldwater. He was a member of St. Bernard Catholic Church, Burkettsville, and its Men's Holy Name Society and served as an usher. He was a 1967 graduate of St. Henry High School.
Funeral Mass is 10:30 a.m. Monday at the church. Burial is at the church cemetery.
Calling is 2-9 p.m. Sunday and 9-9:45 a.m. Monday at Hogenkamp Funeral Home, Coldwater.
