* WHEN...From 6 AM to 6 PM EST Friday.
* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous conditions could impact the Friday morning and evening commutes.

Bill Knapke, 83, leads a group of line dancers at the Mercer County Council on Aging in Celina on Feb. 5. The session is held each Tuesday from 1-3 p.m. Training for inexperienced dancers is from 12:30-1 p.m.
