* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:40 AM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to fall slowly this afternoon, falling below flood stage later this evening. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Kylie M. Schnarre, 17, 8143 U.S. 33, Celina, went in the ditch after swerving to avoid oncoming traffic at 4:11 p.m. Feb. 7 on Howick Road, west of Stose Road. She reportedly overcorrected sending her westbound 1999 Chevy Cavalier off the north side of Howick Road and into the ditch. A wrecker was summoned to remove the lightly damaged car, according to a Mercer County Sheriff's report.
